Lorrie and Bill Unruh are a husband and wife team originally from Haysville, Kansas and are now living in Honolulu, Hawaii. We love adventures to far off places or just taking it easy on the beach.
In December 1997 we started our own travel business. We love to travel and we love to share our travel experiences with others and encourage others to do the same.
Lorrie obtained her Associates degree, then went to Travel School to become a Travel Agent. After Travel School completion Lorrie was a full-time travel agent for five years until we opened our own Travel Agency. Lorrie completed her Bachelors degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii in December 2000.
Bill has his Bachelors and Masters degree and co-manages the Travel Bug with Lorrie.

We have been in the travel business for twelve years. We have also been traveling much longer to various places throughout the world and the United States. We strongly believe that the best Travel Agents are those who travel and can relay their personal experience/insights to you.  Some of our most exciting travel desinations include: an adventure in Peru's Amazon, hiking in the Andes Mountains, Cruises in the Caribbean, Alaska and the Mexican Riviera, Bunjee jumping in New Zealand, scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef, tromping through Austria, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the British Columbia area in Canada and numerous adventures in Hawaii.
Our most extensive experience comes from living and traveling in the Hawaiian Islands. We have lived in Hawaii for sixteen years and have had the opportunity to explore all the major islands in detail. Whether you enjoy hiking, golfing, parasailing, scuba diving, or just taking it easy on the beach, Hawaii has it all, which is why we specialize in the islands.
We love to organize travel to these places and places we haven't even been too. If your adventure takes you somewhere new or old, we will be happy to make the arrangements for you.
