What we need to know about you!

When inquiring for reservations please provide the following information:
* Correct spelling of all first, middle and last names according to valid passports, and/or valid photo i.d.
* Your Date of Birth, address, phone number and e-mail address.
* Detailed descriptions of all travel needs you are looking for, i.e. air, car, hotel, activities, cruise etc.
* Keep in mind when making reservations, in order to get the best deal,
it's always good to be flexible with your travel dates/times.
* Credit Card information (if needed), number, correct spelling of cardholder's name, expiration date of card, billing address and phone of cardholder.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

No refunds allowed for cancellations unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee in the event of a refund or cancellation in addition to any charges imposed by airlines, hotels, tours, cruise companies, etc. If your documents are refundable, be advised that refunds from airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made to our customers only after the monies have been received from these sources by us.

Privacy Policy:

It is the policy of Travel Bug to handle information provided by clients with the utmost confidentiality and care. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about clients to members of our agency who need to know this information in order to complete the work our clients have hired us to do.  We will not disclose personal and confidential information to anyone outside our firm unless it is required to do so in order to complete the travel needs of the client to a specific vendor.
